Mazars opened its Budapest Office in 1991 in order to help the settlement of their French clients in East-Central Europe. Since then, Mazars has widened its clintele with local subsidiaries of Anglo-Saxon, German, Italian, Dutch and Belgian groups.

A major change in work culture had to be implemented for the new office, where the emphasis changed from closed offices to open plan and from workstations to collaboration areas. The integration of modern technologies, mobile workforce and new workmodes were in the focus of planning.
