In the project management services we support our clients from the selection of the facility to the occupancy. The process results in saving time, cost and resource efficiency.
In the first phase of the process we define project goals in terms of cost, program and technical requirements and determine technical requirements in collaboration with customer and consultants. We monitor and comment the detailed time schedule, the budget and review the quality of materials.
The next phase is the design and cost monitoring phase, including the procurement period. In this phase we organize kick-off design meeting to set customer goals and objectives, monitor the design process, manage and control to incorporate all customer requirements. We manage the tender processes, advise customer of any time or cost impact of Change Orders prior to their issue, control and comment the result of the Landlord’s procurement process and construction costs, arrange and manage furniture inventory and provide recommendation for furniture procurement in line with the budget.
The last phase is related to the handover processes, control and monitoring evaluations. We regularly visit the project, continuously check that the executed works are in accordance with approved samples, mock-ups and standards, prepare the punch list for the fit-out works, manage hand-over document and manage the information flow between Customer and project team members.
